Peeling systems
Double-edged super knife peeling system
With electrolytically sharpened individual knives. Double-sided use of the knives thanks to clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Direction of rotation can be changed using a C-plug. There is no longer any difference between hand-peeled and machine-peeled root vegetables. Waste is extremely low. The knives are arranged so that the tubers, with their round or oval shape, are guided into the knife gaps by the thickness of their skin. Stones and other foreign objects slide over the backs of the knives.
Carborundum descaling system
The descaling device works quickly and gently. The intensity/grain size is individually tailored to your needs. The fish is thoroughly washed during the scaling process. Gentle scaling takes place at the bottom and sides of the scaling system. The soft water cushion in the machine prevents the fish from bumping and banging. Gentle emptying is achieved by slowly restarting the machine.
Carborundum peeling system
The peeling device with friction coating works very quickly and economically. It is not only suitable for potatoes but also ideal for all other tuberous vegetables.
