Wetting system for longer shelf life of cut produce

Our wetting system was specially developed for treating cut produce in order to extend its shelf life. The machine is based on a modified washing system with a shorter basin. Enriched water with “Food Freshly” is used to apply a fine film to the product, which preserves its freshness. An air rinsing system on the discharge belt removes excess liquid and ensures that the goods are optimally prepared for further processing.

The lean packaging station follows the principles of lean management: cut goods are packaged directly from the basket with gram-precise accuracy via the integrated scales – quickly, cleanly, and without detours. Empty baskets automatically return to the processing side via the roller conveyor.

The result: optimized material flows, fewer manual steps, maximum efficiency.

Sauce application for sandwiches

This special solution was developed for a processor who wanted to apply sauces evenly to slices of bread. The system is based on a conveyor belt that transports the bread slices.

The special feature lies in the simple but effective technology: an oval roller distributes the pre-measured sauce evenly over the entire surface of the bread slice as it moves forward. This creates an even layer without wasting excess sauce.

The system enables a consistently measured and distributed sauce on the bread.
